This past weekend the Circuit of the Americas was greeted by the friendly crew at Pagani Automobili. It’s not often Pagani makes its presence stateside, so to have them here in town to demo cars is quite a pleasant surprise.

Since the late 90s, Pagani has only produced a total of a few hundred cars ever. To have over half a dozen in the same garage then is quite a sight to behold.

Among this collection is the first Huayra BC in America as well as the only Zonda C12-S Monza ever made.

Of course, I just had to get my camera out.

Odd question: do you have any good pictures of the shift knob from the Zonda? A few years back I machined a replica knob and I don’t really have much to compare it to.

I don’t have a tight shot. But it’s a gorgeous piece for sure. Then again, everything was.

Pagani’s are the one car that I endlessly lust to drive, but I have almost given up hope of ever piloting. I have yet to even see one in the wild.

I have never seen one until 2016. This year, I saw three including the ultra rare 1 of 1 Monza. It was overwhelming.

Are you in the states? Not easy to spot them here but I want to say there’s at least 1 or 2 running around.

I am in the states and in a not very friendly supercar environment.

A friend drove one quite a bit back in 06 and said it was unlike anything on the road.
